Relaxation Massage

This therapeutic treatment focuses on the deeper layers of muscles, helping to alleviate chronic pain and muscle stiffness. Ideal for those in need of intense muscle relief. Treatment can include but not limited to, cupping, scraping, hot stones, topical muscle balms and salves, ice or heat treatment, essential oils, and passive / assisted stretching.

Therapeutic Massage

This massage specifically uses heated bamboo, stones, scraping, towels/packs, and oil. Designed to systematically alleviate muscle tension, enhance blood circulation, and promote a profound state of relaxation. Each session is catered to your specific goals, relaxation or deeper tissue can be achieved in this session.

Heated Bliss Massage

45 minute treatment. Perfect for easing headaches, reducing puffiness, and bringing out your natural glow.

Cold Stone Facial

This session is a private sound bath just for YOU! You will be welcomed into the room with a gently heated massage table to lay on, as well as a heated mask for your eyes. We will discuss any emotional discomfort you would like to target, and a customized range of frequencies will be played. No massage will be given during these sessions.

Each session is intuitively led, guided by your body’s unique energetic needs. We focus on realigning and rebalancing the energy centers and chakras through gentle, yet powerful Reiki energy work. I incorporate a variety of supportive tools, including but not limited to; crystals, sound frequencies, rhythmic compression / rocking, and essential oils. This creates a deeply grounding and restorative experience. This work is both subtle and profound, designed to bring your mind, body, and spirit back into harmony.

Sacred Soul Care

Join me under the energy of the moon for an evening of deep release, reflection, and renewal. This intimate gathering in the Lotus Yurt begins with gentle grounding practices to open the heart and settle the mind. We will start with guided journal prompts and simple movement such as EFT tapping, self embrace, and other mindful exercises to help release tension and welcome in clarity.

A soothing tea will be available to sip and enjoy before we move into the heart of the evening: a reiki infused sound bath. Participants will be invited to lay back and fully relax as waves of sound wash over the body, guiding you into a meditative state of calm. Throughout the session, I will alternate between participants, using tuning forks to balance the chakras and channeling reiki energy to promote harmony and healing.

This sacred space is designed to help you reconnect with yourself, align with the powerful energy of the New Moon, and leave feeling centered, nourished, and renewed.
