Reiki Sound Bath Under the New Moon

Description

Join me under the energy of the moon for an evening of deep release, reflection, and renewal. This intimate gathering in the Lotus Yurt begins with gentle grounding practices to open the heart and settle the mind. We will start with guided journal prompts and simple movement such as EFT tapping, self embrace, and other mindful exercises to help release tension and welcome in clarity. A soothing tea will be available to sip and enjoy before we move into the heart of the evening: a reiki infused sound bath. Participants will be invited to lay back and fully relax as waves of sound wash over the body, guiding you into a meditative state of calm. Throughout the session, I will alternate between participants, using tuning forks to balance the chakras and channeling reiki energy to promote harmony and healing. This sacred space is designed to help you reconnect with yourself, align with the powerful energy of the New Moon, and leave feeling centered, nourished, and renewed.
