We focus on realigning and rebalancing the energy centers and chakras through gentle, yet powerful Reiki energy work. I incorporate a variety of supportive tools, including but not limited to; crystals, sound frequencies, rhythmic compression / rocking, and essential oils. This creates a deeply grounding and restorative experience. This work is both subtle and profound, designed to bring your mind, body, and spirit back into harmony.
